A limited collection of Winter cocktails built around familiar flavours carried through cultured butter, blended malt scotch whisky and Winter spice.
Expect salted butter with poached apple and spice. Peanut butter toast folded into an old fashioned. Roasted walnut, maple and orange blossom layered through blended malt scotch whisky.
If you believe things are better with butter and even better with whisky, you won’t want to miss this. Available at Lana, Grana, Apollonia, Island Radio, Vitelli’s Upstairs and Etheus in June, July, and August.
